Huck's Happy Go Lucky

Saturday, October 13th, this was the place to go. What a name for a bar: Huckleberry's Happy Go Lucky. When we heard the name, we knew we had to check it out. Even though the bar is a good hour away from home, we decided to venture out and see one of our friends play in his band. The band plays mostly Americana/Rock-A-Billy/Folk type songs, mostly written by Seth , but tend to play more covers when playing at bars (see Seth's website: sethsutton.net - it's not up yet, but hopefully soon or see: http://www.myspace.com/sethsuttonmusic - he has four of his own songs uploaded for your hearing pleasure). We heard Wagon Wheel, Ring of Fire, just to name a couple. Here are a few videos that were captured so you can get a taste of what they sound like. Our friend, Seth (long dark hair), is playing on the right hand side, and the last video he is in the center singing. Click on this link to see more pictures of the band and the band's new groupies. We are now patiently waiting until their album is released.

I do want to apologize for the quality, we were 1) in a dimly lit bar and 2) the acoustics were bouncing off the brick walls. If you want to see better, try expanding the videos to your full monitor screen, it does come in somewhat clearer.

Below is film with Andy (always the dancing ham) & Jen and Aunt Vanessa & Uncle Lynn dancing to Wagon Wheel.
